After logging in, you'll find yourself in the Dashboard. Each bot is accompanied by a status alert.

The status can be either 'training' - indicating that the bot is currently being trained with the provided sources, or 'trained' - meaning that the bot is ready for action.

If your bot is fully trained, you'll notice an option to view a demo. Clicking on this allows you to experience and test the bot before integrating it with your website or product. This is a crucial step to ensure the bot is functioning as per your expectations and delivering the right responses.

This provides a quick snapshot of your bot's performance and user interaction. Here are the key metrics you'll see:

1. Total Pages: The total number of web pages that have been trained into the bot. This includes all the different sources that you've used for the bot's training.
2. Total Users (Sessions): The total number of unique users who have interacted with the bot. This number represents the total sessions that have been initiated.
3. Total Conversations: The overall number of conversations that have taken place. A conversation is defined as an interaction between a user and the bot.
4. Total Feedback: The number of positive reactions or feedback received for the AI-generated messages. This can be a good indicator of how well the bot is performing.

'Helpful Scripts' section. This is where you'll find the script needed to embed the bot into your website or product. With a single click on the 'Copy Script' button, the embedding script will be copied to your clipboard. This script is meant to be added to your website or product code, which will integrate the bot and allow it to interact with your users.
